The Outdoor Boot Camp Program Incorporates:

We incorporate diversity in our program design to maximize the metabolic and after burn effects* of exercise while overcoming the “stress adaptation response” which is what happens when your body plateaus, stops improving or gets used to one routine or one intensity.
Every Energeia Boot Camp program is designed for maximum results. The average participant will burn between 600 and 1300 calories in a typical Energeia Boot Camp class and post exercise.*

All of our trainers are nationally certified or hold bachelor's degrees or higher in a health related field, have current CPR certifications and have several years of group exercise experience.
